Since 2012, our plant in Markranstädt (founded in 2004 in Dölzig), around 10 kilometres south-west of Leipzig city centre, has stood for the highest manufacturing quality and reliable precision in mechanical engineering. Following a change of name in January 2022, our team of 20 employees manufactures gears and turned parts - precisely, economical and on time.

Whether single parts or series production: With our high-performance machinery, experienced employees and certified processes, we supply gears and turned parts that are a perfect fit for your machines and systems.

Highest precision, cost-efficient production and fast throughput times are our standards.

Certified quality

To ensure the highest and reproducible quality, we continuously monitor and optimise our processes in our production and sales of gears and turned parts. Our quality management is certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 .

A central component of our quality management is our gear measuring centre. Using measuring machines, we test and measure your components precisely and in accordance with standards. An air-conditioned measuring room ensures stable conditions such as temperature and humidity and delivers reproducible results. In this way, we ensure the quality of the manufactured components from the initial sample inspection to the final inspection.

Precise manufacturing

We manufacture components such as turned parts and gears using an extensive range of machinery such as CNC lathes, hobbing and gear shaping machines as well as cylindrical grinding and profile grinding machines.

Our machinery enables efficient production in both small and large quantities with consistently high quality and at attractive conditions.

More sustainable
production site

Sustainability is a central component of our actions. With the photovoltaic system installed on our production hall, we are reducing our energy costs and improving our CO2 balance.

We dispose of used or outdated lubricants professionally in accordance with current regulations and have our workwear cleaned by certified companies in an environmentally friendly manner.

With our commitment, we want to make a contribution to preserving our environment and reducing emissions.

We manufacture customised gears and turned parts according to our customers' specifications. Our spectrum ranges from simple to complex geometries.
