The fully digital Renishaw probe head with up to 2.5 mm deflection ensures maximum accuracy during measurement and maximum flexibility for the components to be tested. Workpieces weighing up to 550kg can be tested on the rotary table. The intuitive Gama user interface with clear input masks ensures easy programming of workpieces and gear cutting tools.

Gleason 475GMS
Compared to the Gleason SIGMA 650GMM, the Gleason 475GMS CNC gear measuring centre is primarily suitable for small and medium-sized gears up to a maximum weight of 60 kg. The gear measuring system is equipped with a high-precision 3D scanning head, which enables high-precision measurements. Various surface roughness tests can be carried out in accordance with the most common roughness parameters as per DIN, ISO and ANSI.

ZEISS Contura G2
Contura G2 is available with the CAD-based scanning software Calypso, which makes it easy to create measurement sequences. With object-oriented programming, the user utilises the features of the design drawing. Corrections and changes to existing measurement programmes are possible, as well as the creation of partial measurement sequences from an entire CNC programme. The software supports single-point measurement, scanning and optical measurement, and allows the nominal/actual comparison of prismatic workpieces. It is also possible to check the shape of geometric elements and digitise unknown models. The scan function can be used to check fit, form and position dimensions, among other things.
