Efficient machining of hardened materials with maximum precision

We turn and grind high-stressed turned parts made from hardened materials, customised and precisely tailored to our customers' specifications. As metals deform during heat treatment, we use the "hard-soft comparison" to counteract this deformation in order to avoid major reworking.

Hard turning is suitable for both smooth and interrupted cuts and enables tight tolerances. Hard machining allows us to reduce the number of production steps and thus, increase the productivity of our production. We guarantee consistent component quality with our continuous quality control in the climate-controlled measuring room.
